The U.S. Army Transportation Command inducted four distinguished leaders into its Surface Warrior Hall of Fame during a ceremony held February 27, 2026, at Scott Air Force Base. Hosted by Maj. Gen. Lance Curtis, the event honored Maj. Gen. Kurt J. Ryan, Maj. Gen. Susan A. Davidson, Senior Executive Service member William R. Lucas, and Command Sgt. Maj. Thomas A. Mott (posthumous) for their decades of exceptional service and lasting contributions to the command and the broader Surface Warrior community. The inductees representing former commanding generals, a senior civilian leader, and a former senior enlisted advisor were recognized for their leadership, commitment, and impact across the Army’s transportation enterprise.
