In accordance with the General Services Administration’s rewrite of the Federal Travel Regulation, dated December 8, 2025, the Temporary Quarters Subsistence Expense (TQSE) Lump Sum was eliminated and TQSE Lodgings Plus is now the only method of reimbursement. Effective April 1, 2026.
