Benny speaks with Former RS CO of RS San Diego Major Lamberto Mathurin. We discuss a wide range of topics mainly touching on the stress of the CO. We discuss things he could have done better as a CO and his leadership on the duty. We talk about mental health and what he dealt with on the 3 year duty.
