On February 2, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Dan Caine spoke with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte. Gen. Caine also met with the Chiefs of Defense of Qatar and Lebanon on February 2 and 3, respectively, and with the Ambassador of New Zealand to the United States, Chris Seed, on February 5.
